About this Cook
Born in the US, I lived in the UK for the past 5.5 years where I became a citizen, and now I live with my fiance and 6 cats in Belgium. I have always cooked and love it, although I can't eat like I used to cos I am now diabetic. :P Belgium SUCKS cos you can't get the ingredients I'm used to (like american mustard, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, baking soda!) So I need recipes for traditional American things that don't use these. :)
My favorite things to cook
I used to love to bake all kinds of things: Cookies, brownies, cakes, muffins, zucchini bread etc etc. I am well known at my former workplaces for bringing in my brownies, double chocolate chip cookies, chocolate zucchini bread and the amazingly moist banana nut bread that even I like ... and I don't like bananas! (All my nana's recipes!)

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Moving to Belgium where ingredients are different and I have a fan assisted oven, I've had trouble with other Choc Chip Cookie recipes not being what I was used to in the US. But this recipe is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend it! Easy and oh so yummy!!!
