Runza (meat pies)
Living in Oregon now, I have missed Runza's so much. These are amazing. I almost cried. I altered the flour a bit to make them more whole grain and it didn't alter the results or taste!

Whole Wheat Maple Quick Bread
Very nice soft textured whole wheat bread. I substitued 1 cup of Splenda instead of the maple syrup. For cinnamon raisin bread I increased the cin to 1 tsp and added about a 1/2 c of raisins. Very good!

Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
Very good. I made them with applesauce instead of shortening, whole wheat flour instead of white and splenda instead of sugar. They certainly don't taste like a traditional oatmeal raising cookie with my substitions, but they satisfy my craving for home baked things with only about 50 calories each!!
