Whole Wheat Maple Quick Bread
Very nice soft textured whole wheat bread. I substitued 1 cup of Splenda instead of the maple syrup. For cinnamon raisin bread I increased the cin to 1 tsp and added about a 1/2 c of raisins. Very good!

Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
Very good. I made them with applesauce instead of shortening, whole wheat flour instead of white and splenda instead of sugar. They certainly don't taste like a traditional oatmeal raising cookie with my substitions, but they satisfy my craving for home baked things with only about 50 calories each!!

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies were very good. My kids really liked them. I cut the margarine back to a 1/2 cup and substituted a 1/4 cup of applesauce. I also used a cup of Splenda instead of the white sugar and cut the chocolate chips down to 1 cup. I made 47 cookies which lowered the calorie count down to 70! Very yummy and half way healthy too!
