Caramel Pecan Pie
I followed the reccomendations of others and put in 10 less caramels than the recipe called for. It turned out perfect. I'll be making this one again!

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
Very tasty. I added a chopped chipotle pepper to kick it up a notch. Easy to cook & tasty. It seemed a little runny so I cooked it longer than specified. It thickened up when it cooled.

Savory Stuffed Chicken Breast with Plum Glaze
Very tasty! I doubled the recipe and otherwise made no changes. It was excellent! Definitely worth repeating. It paired nicely with fresh green beans.
