Really great for a quick meal! In the summer time if I don't feel like heatig up the kitchen, I just warm up the meat in the microwave for 1 minute and butter and toast the hoagie buns. You can also use Aus Jus sauce if you can't find beef consumme.

I followed the reciped exactly. This was very tasty and tender and moist. It was so good that we all ate so much that we were too full for dessert and in fact forgot desssert altogether. I had a little trouble finding the chipotle chili powder, but did find one brand at the grocery store - a little pricey, but worth it. It did have a little kick to it, but even my mother who doesn't like really spicy food really liked it.
