Lamb on Easter! I made my first lamb a couple years ago, and it turned out wonderful. I hope next year to be able to cook it for my soon to be mother in law. Southern Deep Fried Catfish! I had never fried anything before, and I was afraid of setting something on fire, but I got a deep fryer and it was great! I would consider a tragedy something that was inedible, and I haven't yet made anything my boyfriend wouldn't eat... Plenty of things I wouldn't eat, but I'm much pickier. Dominos is on speed dial...
