About this Cook

I am a mother of 2 kids (8 and 10) and married for 13 years. I work full plus time so I'm always looking for fast, easy recipes that taste good too. In my free time which is rare, I love to scrapbook and spend time with friends and family. I love this website and am always asked "Can I have the recipe to this dish" when I bring where I used a recipe for allrecipes.com!!!

Luscious Lemon Cake

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

This recipe was very good (even my 10 year old liked it!!!). I doubled the garlic and used lime juice rather than lemon. Everything else...kept the same. Highly recommend.

Best Ever Party Appetizer

I had this at a dinner party this weekend. It was gone very quickly. The hostess made balls out of the goat cheese and put pine nuts on top. It was BEAUTIFUL. I'm making this for the holidays for sure!!!
