I am a middle school teacher -- married since July 2007 -- and a dog-lover Koloczcskis, Eclair Cake, Vegetarian Stir Fry (with Seitan), Vegetarian Chili Polish desserts (from Mom's side of the family), the famous "Eclair Cake" -- it is pronounced "ee-clare" by my mom's side of the family (the Polish side :-), Chili with macaroni noodles and saltines on the side At my local Morton Grove tavern, my koloczcskis are requested during Christmas-time -- especially the apricot and almond flavored (I prefer the raspberry myself). My Eclair Cake is also requested for birthdays every year. Well, since I come from Polish and German meat-eaters, my family doesn't really like my vegetarian cuisine. The important thing is that my husband and my veggie-loving friends dig my v. cuisine.
