Italian Style Pork Chops
Excellent - will definately make again. Didn't have saltines - subsituted Ritz. Great breading and they turned out really moist.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
This was fantastic. Made it X3 and put it in the crockpot to heat through and keep warm. Everyone loved it!

German Chocolate Cheesecake
I made this for work - everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I didn't make the frosting - I just used a can of Pillsbury coconut pecan frosting. It was delicious!
