Very very easy and very good. I wish they were just a bit fluffier and lighter, but I'm not sure you will get that with a drop biscuit. Try this and you won't be disappointed!

I had strawberry soup between two pie crusts and I added the cornstarch (2 Tbs) other reviewers recommended. It just did not hold together at all. Taste-was good, but a little sweet I would cut back on the sugar like others have suggested. I MIGHT try it one more time and use a full 1/4 cup of cornstarch..I'll re-review if that comes out better.

I made these last Christmas and they did not last very long. This year while talking to all the girls about what we were going to have for dinner I only got one specific request. "I want those Oreo truffles!" They cared not what the main course would be as long as Oreo truffles were going to be there!
