Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
kind of bland... be sure to make double or triple the sauce if you want gravy, will probable make again with some spices

Date-Marshmallow Waldorf Salad
very tasty... i didn't peel the apples,used raisins instead of dates, that's what i had and i really like raisins. i also threw in extra of some of the ingredients just because i like them.

Fruit Salad Dessert
i made this recipe exactly as directed. i took it to my parents' home for Father's Day and they really liked it. i'm giving it a 5, i don't have other fruit salads to compare it to, but still, very good.
