Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Is it okay to say I am in love with a recipe? I have been wanting to make this since December and finally took the challenge today. I love BBQ sauce and this stuff is AMAZING. It tasted really, really great as it was, but I figured that since it was so inexpensive to make, I would just add a little more cayenne. And a little more. And a little more. And I added a few crushed red pepper flakes. And I added a few tablespoons of yellow mustard to boot! Now the stuff REALLY has a little kick to it - and I LOVE it. I have been tasting it on crackers and I have no room for dinner. I can't wait to BBQ some chicken on the grill and baste it with this! Or smoke some pork...or a brisket...I am completely in love. Big Al, you are my hero! THANK YOU!

World's Best Lasagna
This was so good last night - I am now eating lasagna for breakfast this morning. It tastes even better today! YUMMY!

World's Best Pasta Sauce!
I started making this sauce a few months ago. Since then, I absolutely REFUSE to buy any at the store. I love to add in fresh tomatoes from our garden, but even without it, this sauce KICKS tail. If I learned how to put it up in jars, I'd keep it on hand all the time. It makes a ton, and it is the single best sauce I have ever eaten.
