I love cooking local food - stufao, kelaguen, latiya, etc. I love cooking Japanese Food - sushi, tempura, etc. I love cooking new recipes as well as tried and true favorites. My boyfriend and I like to make stufao, a local dish, together. We stand in the kitchen adding what ever we feel like. Once we used whiskey. It turnse out different everytime, but it's never been bad. I made a whole Thanksgiving feast for my friends a couple years back. Everything was from scratch and turned out perfect, even the turkey. I recently hosted a Christmas party for my friends. I marinated chiken over night to bbq, and made a couple recipes from this site. I also made an awesome 'wasabi crab salad'.
