I am a Christian, happily married to Molly, with three grandchildren. My favorite dinner to prepare is the good ole’ Turkey dinner with all the fixings. My best cooking triumph is to finally make good bread. Here in Dunedin Florida I believe I developed natural local yeast that I keep alive in the refrigerator and use each week for our bread.
