My user name is my real name (first and middle). I have 3 beautiful children and as a part of their homeschooling we cook. I love making healthy food and on the flip side I love to bake sugery, fattening, yummy stuff! Sadly, with all my time in the kitchen, I haven't even touched on "healthy baking" (when it comes to sugery stuff) I just LOVE old recipes! I love making dinner on the fly! It can be such an adventure. I need to start writing the recipes down (who has time?). In our house we love to bake together and try out the goods when done. Our neighbors love getting a knock on the door because it's usually my children with goodies (vs. solicitors)... LOL
