Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)
A.MAZ.ING! I've tried other recipes that claim to make "perfect hard-boiled eggs", but have never gotten perfect eggs. This is the real deal, folks. Not only were the eggs perfectly cooked, with a beautifully yellow and creamy yolk, but it peeled incredibly easily as well. I literally bought my eggs from a Farmers' Market TODAY and boiled them TODAY -- still peels easily!! Thank you so much, Ken! This is the only method I'll use!

Grandma's Doughnuts
My dad used to make these for us growing up. Press the mouth of a water bottle into the middle of the biscut to make the holes, and throw them into the oil for some donut holes as well! My dad would make these "Shake Your Donuts" as a treat whenever we had slumber parties. He'd fry the donuts, put them into a tupperware container with cinnamon and sugar, and we would get to shake it to make our donut. Tons of fun!!

Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
Absolutely delicious, but didn't come out as described. The part that was supposed to be crumbly had more of the consistency of cake batter. I'm not sure if the ingredients are listed wrong, but there's no way that with the amount of dry ingredients listed, it would come out crumbly. So I poured around half of it, maybe a little more, into the pan, then poured in the chocolate mixture. Then, I dotted the top with the conserved half. A good way of doing it is to scoop out bits with a teaspoon and dot it around on top. After it was all on top, a carefully spread it out. No matter how careful you are, you're bound to get a little of the chocolate mixed in. Don't worry, that's good. It gives it a beautiful marble look. I like the way it ended up looking a lot better than the way it looks on the picture, in fact. It looked delicious and got rave reviews. It's already been rerequested!
