All Day Apple Butter
This was great apple butter. I did make a few changes. I made with half brown sugar and half white sugar because I personally like the flavor of brown sugar better. Also added 1/4 C Apple Cider. Then I cooked it overnight (13 - 14 hours) covered and took the cover off for about 45 mins to an hour to thicken it up. Loved it though!

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
I made this for a big party and I made 4 batches of this and it was gone fast. I found that I had to add about a half cup of extra noodles. For a little extra flavor I added a 1/2 T of Garlic Powder, added a layer of Montery Jack and Cheddar Cheese on the top before baking. Also added bread crumbs to the top about halfway through baking.

Monday Night Hot Wing Dip
I make this for my sports parties and it always is the first thing gone. I do add a little more chicken (usually a pound in a half) and I also use mexican cheese.
