Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins
Substituting white flour, I turned this recipe into a cake instead. I used a 9x13 pan and added butter to the crumb topping. oh-my-god!

Simple White Cake
This is a perfect sized smaller cake recipe and it is moist. I added a tablespoon of almond extract and sprinkled powder sugar on the top after it was finished baking.
