Maple Apple Crisp

loved it! We just added a couple of extra handfuls of oats into the apple mixture (we like the texture). Awesome with haagen daz vanilla bean ice cream :)

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

loved it! Really good on the second day as well, after being microwaved. Used nonfat sour cream and a little bit of milk, just because I like to leave it in the oven for longer and I didn't want it to dry out.

Mapled Ham

Tastes great! Used half the water and skipped the cloves though (personal taste). My family loved the maple flavour. Also, we used a spiral-cut bone-in ham because it tastes more natural and less rubbery.

Hummus III

The perfect "base hummus" recipe. The only thing I changed was add a pinch of extra salt. You can add jalapenos or dill or sundried tomatoes....anything, really.

Grandma's Polish Perogies
