We love this recipe! I've tried a couple of chicken strip recipes but I always come back to this one. The Mrs. Dash gives it a little zing. I find that crushed corn flakes work better than the rice krispies though, they stick to the chicken better so you get a little crunch. My 2 year old (like most 2 year olds) has become a very picky eater, but he loves these! I made these with home-made mac and cheese and my 5 year old nephew told me I should be a chef. Very yummy!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have tried a few different chocolate chip cookie recipes from this site and I thought I had found "the cookie" with Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies but I was mistaken!! Oh my gosh!! I put off making them because, like others, I thought the pudding was weird. You don't taste it at all. It just makes them extra yummy and moist. They do not taste homemade. A word of advice, definitely use butter and not margarine. I used margarine the first time I made them and they were really cakey. I also double the vanilla extract.

Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh my gosh! I have never tasted a home-made chocolate chip cookie this awesome! I made these in the morning and I had to force myself not to eat them for lunch. Wonderful cookies!!

Fresh Fruit Salad

YUM YUM!! This was very good! I added cantaloupe instead of blueberries though. It was very refreshing and I nice change from plain fruit. I will definitely be making this again and again!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

My rating isn't very fair because I only used the filling part of the recipe. I used boxed milk chocolate cupcakes and made a chocolate butter cream frosting. They were delicious!!

Sugar Cookie Icing

I love this icing. It looks so pretty when it dries! The colors stay bright and shiny. Update: I use this recipe everytime I make sugar cookies, but I have found that if it is too thick, DO NOT add more corn syrup. Add more milk instead. If you add more corn syrup, it does not harden, it stays very sticky.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

This recipe was awesome! I used garlic and herb cream cheese and we absolutely loved it! My only problem was that the filling melted out of the rolls, so I think I’ll just stuff the chicken breasts next time. Great recipe!!

Tender Pork Roast

I tried this recipe because it had such great reviews. My husband and I were VERY disappointed.Like the other reviews say, the meat does just fall apart but it tasted terrible. I made it exactly as stated. We couldn't get past the incredibally salty flavor. If you aren't a big salt person than don't try this recipe.

Honey Mustard Sauce

My husband and I loved this sauce! We've been searching for a good honey mustard recipe for a long time and have never been completely satisfied until we tried this one! I made it "as is" and it was perfect!

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

I make something very similar. Instead of the milk, I add 1/4 c chicken broth to the soup and then pour over the chicken. It's always a hit! Wonderful recipe!

Super Easy Doughnuts

This was my first time making donuts. I used 1/2c milk and they were still super sticky. They tasted pretty good but I don't think I'll make them again. I'm sure they won't last but a few hours when hubby gets home from work though.
