Old Fashioned Potato Salad
For a first-time-Potato-salad-maker this came out very, very nicely. I made it for the fourth of july and got compliments on it. I didn't have relish and ran out of time to cut pickles, but I'm sure that would have made it even better. I also used red onion and it gave it a nice color. Will definitely make again!

Authentic French Meringues
Very, very yummy. They taste just like the storebought gourmet ones. The only problem I had with it is that it took a longgg time to beat, and also that when I finally took them out of the oven, some of them had cracked and had this funny bubbly texture, although the places where it was like that tasted just the same. Anyway -- this is my go to recipe for hard meringues :]

Russian Tea Cakes I
I had never made anything similar to this before so I didn't particularly know how they were supposed to taste. All in all, they were very good. They reminded me of a type of shortbread cookie, and my father loved them. Will definitely make again!
