Double Tomato Bruschetta
I love this recipe! I had to make it for a large class (30 people) so I substituted canned diced tomatoes but no one was the wiser. Next time I make this, I'll be cutting slices of cheese to top it rather than sprinkling grated cheese. Still, all and all, delicious!
