Avocado Dessert
Delish, Except I felt it needed something else so I added 1/4 cup of cocoa, it turned into a deep creamy chocolatey pudding.

Tasty Tuna Burgers
These tuna burgers are delicious - I tripled the recipe and froze half for later. I like them more than turkey burgers and perhaps even salmon burgers - a childhood favourite of mine. I had difficulty however cooking them. The suggested length of time was not enough.. they were too soft. Next time I will try baking them and maybe cut some of the mayo. i added cumin and hungarian sweet paprika, that was heaven

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze
This recipe was phenomenal. I made it for Channukah dinner. And it was so fantastic.
