just want to note, although they may be tasty with sour cream and mushroom soup, that makes them very un-vegan. Unless of course you make your own soy sour cream and mushroom soup. :-)

More oats and a good hot pan may solve the fall apart issues. I have been looking for a good cottage cheese pattie recipe. These do taste great, even if they stick.

Try adding some onion soup mix to this to spice it up. I have a simular recipe that uses crackers for the oatmeal, these are tasty. A little soy sauce and some added spices like garlic powder and onion powder and maybe some papprika helps with flavor too, without the onion soup, cheaper way to go. This is a penny saver recipe, thank you.
