Butternut Squash Soup II
Amazing!!!! I'm lucky that my grocery store sells the butternut squash already peeled, seeded and cut up! Makes this recipe so easy! The one thing I do recommend is peeling the celery so you don't get any strings in the soup.

Greek Chicken Pasta
WOW!!! Great, easy pasta dish! Different from the usual, love that it has no "sauce" on it! Made it with whole wheat penne for a real healthy meal. I doubled the tomatoes cause we love them and added more chicken. A keeper!!! I already shared it with my mom!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Great & easy! My family absolutely loves this! I also do this with broccoli! I don't even use the baggie, I just mix it all up in the baking pan! Super delicious!!!
