Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Great & easy! My family absolutely loves this! I also do this with broccoli! I don't even use the baggie, I just mix it all up in the baking pan! Super delicious!!!

Roasted Pork Loin
That was great! So easy & delicious!! I did sear it first in a large skillet & then put the entire pan in the oven. I did 375 degrees on convection & it cooked nice & crispy brown on the outside. It was like having a holiday meal during the week!!! Thanks for sharing!

Creamy Shrimp and Corn Soup
This was soooo great! And soooo easy! Everyone loved it! I even served it to the men that were working on our patio -- one asked me for the recipe & made it for his girlfriend that night!! It is delicious over pasta as a sauce also! Thanks for sharing!
