About this Cook
I will try to cook anything once within reason, even things that my family won't eat and I will eat myself, um, like chittlins or pigs feet. I love seafood and would eat it all day, daily if I lived on some island. Those science fiction movies with the giant lobster, crabs and squid, lawd, I would be in paradise.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook breakfast, hearty, rib sticking breakfast (grits, eggs, biscuits, bacon, ham, corned beef, pan cakes) because I feel if someone eats breakfast, then, whatever might come or what may occur during the course of their day, they had breakfast and thus hunger true hunger won't be one of the problems of the day.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The Holiday Family meals, when we all sit down together to give thanks and to break bread (corn bread, collard greens/mustard greens/kale with sweet yams, ham, potatoe salad, macaroni salad, chittlins, macaroni and cheese, ...). Hungry now :-)
My cooking tragedies
Where do I begin (I will update this one).

Lemon Bundt Cake
This was the easiest of all the Lemon Bundt Cakes I have attempted, very moist and satisfying, this is now my signature cake and the suggestion to dribble with melted vanilla icing completed this dream of a cake.
