Split Pea and Ham Soup II
I grew up with Mum and Gran making Pea & ham soup. We all loved it. But the garlic gives this the special touch. Takes it from the good to the great. Thank's it was that easy. And I know how to cook. It is always thie smallest ingrediant that makes for a great taste

Tangy Broccoli
why do you people write a rubbish review when it is 99% your stuffing fault that you can't eat it. Grow up!! I an sick and tied of silly cook's that can not cook to save their live's writting review's. I have tried this recipe and added a squeese of lemon juise. I do know what flavours go with what. I am sick to death having to read what bad cook's have to write. If you don't li9ke it, fine, it's your choise. DON'T subject everyone else to your negitive tastes. For the record I am Chef.

Lemonade Pork Chops
I live in Australia. There is no such thing as lenonade cons., here. I used the juice of a large lemon with 1/2 of it's rind grated fine.Left it in the maranade for overnight and most of the next day. Turned out fine. Not sickly sweet like most of your American recipe's are. We who live down under like to taste the food not sugar.
