I love to cook. You definitely can see that on my hips! Living (but not born) in the Netherlands I am used to a culinairy wasteland and try to make up for it, by entertaining a lot at home, seems our friends and family enjoy my cooking a lot. I am still learning and I think a good cook always tries to improve himself. Love Indonesian and Indian dishes. Think traditonal British dishes with a modern twist are absolutely fab when made with good local produce.
