Green Bean Soup
Love this soup. It is also a family recipe. I cook it with out the bacon and use French cut green beans.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I made this for 20 people in a roasting oven. It was amazing! I also sauteed the onions with garlic before adding them to the potatoes. I also added 1 cup of 3% milk to make it more creamy. Everyone loved it.
