Lower Fat Banana Bread II

my bread came out raw and i was very embarassed to serve it to my family. i would suggest adding at least 15 minutes to the baking time.

Lemon Pie II

I added about 1/4 c more of cream cheese, the juice of 3 lemons (approx. 1 c), and 9 drops of food coloring to brighten the color. Topped with whipped cream and it was so good!

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

This was a really yummy cookie, and very versatile. I used Cheesecake pudding mix with chocolate chips and chopped Milky Way. The crumbly consistency was very unexpected and not like a typical cookie; i Still have mixed feelings about it.

Salsa Chicken

This was delightful quick and easy dinner! Topped with fresh, diced tomatoes, salsa con queso (basically cheesy salsa), and served with rice makes this meal truly awesome.

Lemon Thyme Rice

This was a decent recipe to compliment the chicken. Cooking it in a skillet makes reduces your cooking time and makes things much easier.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

this was my first attempt at fondant, and i was very disapointed at how it turned out. it was WAY too oily. the only thing that i changed in the recipe was halving the ingredients because i was making a small 9in. cake. I managed to cover the cake and decorate it, but it was too greasy to serve for my friends birthday party. I will probably try a different recipe next time.

Jesse and Steve's Fresh Strawberry Cake

I halved this recipe and made them into cupcakes. I also used white sugar and creamcheese frosting. They came out moist and delicious, I'll definitely make these again.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were definitely the best home made chocolate chip cookies I have tasted. They expanded a lot more than I had expected so make sure you have enough room on your cookie sheet to avoid a cookie collision!
