Avocado Feta Salsa
Yummy! Followed the recipe exactly and served with thinly sliced French baguette bread. Be sure to use fresh parsley and oregano as opposed to dry as this added alot to the flavor of the dip.

Butternut Squash Soup II
Excellent, my dinner guests ate every drop! I followed the recipe exactly expect left out the potatoes, added more butternut squash which I cooked in the oven first and doubled the celery (remove the strings on the celery prior to chopping).
