Bread Machine Challah I
Wow! This bread tastes better than the challah they sell at the local grocery store and bakery. It's really delicious! I followed the recipe. It worked.

Light Oat Bread
A perfect recipe. I made an oat bread based on a recipe that came with my bread machine. It was a disaster. I was a little worried about trying this one BUT it was simply amazing! I followed the recipe and it came out just as most describe it: light, fluffy, tasty, lovely crust. Yum! This is a keeper.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
What an amazing recipe! It's not dry, it's sweet and so tasty! I melted the butter in a cast iron pan, then added the sugar and eggs. I mixed the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then mixed everything together - right in the pa - then placed it in the over. PERFECTION! I should also add that I threw in a handful of frozen corn and used medium coarse corn meal which gave it a nice texture. A keeper.
