What an amazing recipe! It's not dry, it's sweet and so tasty! I melted the butter in a cast iron pan, then added the sugar and eggs. I mixed the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then mixed everything together - right in the pa - then placed it in the over. PERFECTION! I should also add that I threw in a handful of frozen corn and used medium coarse corn meal which gave it a nice texture. A keeper.

I find it a little confusing when recipes are given 5 stars but reviewers have to add a bunch of different instructions to make it work. I wish I read the tips first because this really didn't work well for me. I prefer the sugar cookie glaze recipe for its easiness and accuracy. I might try it another time using the tips from readers FIRST!
