Zucchini Puffs

This is such a great zucchini recipe! My 4 and 7 yr olds devoured them. I made exactly as the recipes states, except I used yellow squash. Absolutely delicious!

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes

I absolutely loved this recipe! It really is clever. I am not a seafood lover, but have always loved crabcakes! I didn't have the OB seasoning, and they came out so good. Next time I will try it with all of the proper ingredients. This will be in heavy rotation this summer to use up my heavy zucchini supply!

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

This is by far the absolute BEST fried chicken I have ever made. My husband loves for me to make it and I found this recipe, and I will never make another! The coating was absolutely perfect. The gravy was delicious as well. Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe!

Brownie Delight

I made this dessert last night, and it was completely devoured!!! I used crushed toffee bits per a previous reviewer, and it turned out perfect. Kids, hubby and inlaws all loved it. Definitely will make this one again! Thanks for the recipe!!

Chili Dog Casserole I

Really easy fun dish for the kids. I did not have the sogginess that some other reviewers had. Used Hormel chili w/o beans, and did not toast the bread beforehand. Hubby loved it, so did the little ones! Really good!

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Popcorn

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This is terrific!!! On the advice of others, I used the chicken stock, and only one can of biscuits the last hour, and this turned out perfect. Definitely good for an easy winter time meal. This recipe is in heavy rotation at our home!
