I love to cook! A few years back I decided to start baking for the holidays to make some extra money - not expecting many orders at all and within a couple of days I had so many orders that I stayed up practically all night and day baking for atleast a week! Every since then I have challenged myself to try new recipes and have become the biggest fan of allrecipes.com! I love cooking desserts and southern dishes such as: Red Velvet Cakes, Lady Fingers, Russian Tea Cakes, Chocolate Delight, Chocolate Pound Cake, Squash Casserole, Corn Casserole...dishes like that! Just every Christmas I now cook a lot of sweets and bag them up and take to my neighbors! TOOOOOOOO many, especially when I first started baking.
