Italian Casserole
Excellent! I did do a couple of different things, like I replaced the black olives with jalapeno stuffed green olives and I layered it more like a lasagna. I put a little meat sauce in the bottom first then I added a layer of egg noodles on top of the noodles I put a mixture of sour cream and ricotta. Then I added the meat mixture and shredded mozzarella, covered with foil and baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was so good.... yummy!
