Sukhothai Pad Thai

Banana Crumb Muffins
Great flavor/ texture. The recipe needs an adjustment for high altitude; they had a bit of a crater in the middle. I also substituted canola oil for the butter and used 1/2 whole wheat flour. Note: the crumble on top is a great place to hide wheat germ. I put about a 1/4 c in there. Yum!

Elk Chili
I cut the sugar in half, as well, and it was still too sweet. Next time will only get about two tablespoons!
