I just made these for my family this afternoon, and they are delicious! I didn't use a bread machine, just did it the old-fashioned way. I only used a 7 oz. package of yeast. Also, I didn't have the bread flour because the cashier at Walmart must have not put it in my cart because she was too busy talking to my toddler. I used all-purpose flour, and they turned out fine. Probably could have used a tad bit more flour, but I just added a little more when I rolled them out. I only used about 2 tbsps. of butter on the dough instead of the 1/3 cup. Just seemed like a lot of butter to me, but I guess that's what makes them really 'gooey'. Taste just fine to me the way they turned out! If they dry out too fast, I'll probably use the 1/3 cup butter called for the next time I make this recipe.
