Banana Crumb Muffins
Oh wow! This is the second banana muffin recipe I've tried off of here, and I wish I had found this one first! I made them as mini muffins, and added a little cinnamon to the batter. I just finished another batch for Sunday morning breakfast, but didn't have any bananas. Instead, I used a cup of unsweetened applesauce, and added a dash of cinnamon, and nutmeg. These turned out just as good as the banana ones!

Crispy Baked Chicken
Made this tonight because I wanted something different. It turned out pretty well. I used chicken tenderloins instead of the fryer. They turned out just fine! They reminded me of eating chicken strips without all of the grease! This recipe is definitely a keeper. The only thing I didn't care for was I tasted a little too much salt, but that could be because I used smaller chicken portions.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Very good recipe, but I agree with alot of the other cooks who say these are too salty. I could definitely taste the salt. When I make these again, the salt will be cut in half. The only thing I did different making these was using all butter, and no shortening, and using all natural peanut butter. Next time I make these, I believe I'll try more oats to add to the texture. Other than that, I thought this cookie recipe is one of the best I've had!
