Spiced Pita Chips

This are really good, especially topped with the edamame hummus. Make a double batch of the spice/oil mixture or use 1/2 the number of pita bread.

Maple Glazed Walnuts

These are great on a pear salad or chopped up into a chicken salad. I love them as a quick snack, too. There's no bitterness at all with the walnuts.
