Slow-Cooked Sweet 'n' Sour Pork
read over all the suggestions and went with a little less vineger, added carrots and added them along with onion and pepper for the last hour. it was great we really enjoyed it. my only negative is it takes a little longer to prep than i liked, but in the end is worth it.
