Turos Csusza (Pasta with Cottage Cheese)

This is one of my favorite foods. A Hungarian friend started making it for me years ago. She uses the exact same recipe only cooks it on the stove top. Delicious!

Ambrosia Salad II

Great Dessert! I altered it a little for my kids' taste. Took out the coconut and used chunk pineapple rather than crushed. I also added a bit of sour cream and used Sugar Free Cool Whip. Delicious, healthy after dinner dessert!

Basic Baked Spaghetti

This is a relatively healthy, quick meal. I have 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. They love it. I run fresh veggies through the food processor and add them to the sauce and they never know!

Pig Pickin' Cake

Reviewed: May 22, 2008
5 Stars! Don't change a thing! This recipe has been in my family for generations. It is a staple at any good southern get together and a must have at Pig Pickin's. This is also the same recipe Paula Deen uses. My Grandma was using it well before anyone knew of Paula Deen though!
