Made these last night for my tree. They smell so good! My house now smells like Christmas! THanks for this easy recipe. I already shared the recipe to my son's daycare teacher. She will do it with her students. Thanks!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
I made this last night and I have to say< I LOVE IT!> I sent some with my son to daycare, they couldn't get enough of it! Part of it was too chewy, but it was my fault, I pour too much caramel to that baking sheet of popcorn, the other was perfect! No modifications what so ever were done and it was perfectly buttery, salty...delicious!

Corrigan's Minestrone

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
This is a very good soup! I added and took some ingredients off , I went by what I had on hand. One thing that is very important is to cook your macaroni before hand and then add it to the soup, or it will absorb all your liquid. I didn't use potato, added 1 c. cooked macaroni shells, mushrooms & spinach. Lovely! Very filling and good for you! Also did it all in a crock pot so no need for the oil! :)

Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles I

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
I discovered the snickerdoodle cookies just last year, and I loved it. Now that I am more conscious about what I put in my mouth, I find this great recipe for WW Snickerdoodles. Let me tell you, they are amazing!! I made them a bit bigger and got 30, baked for 9 mins at 350 and they were perfect! My son (he is 2) can't stop eating them. They have the right amount of flavor. I will definitely be making these very often! (also this recipe has a lot less calories than the other one on here, I'm sticking to this one!)

I halved the recipe to make 1 smoothie. IT was super delicious! I always have frozen strawberries and bananas. This is a great way to make sure I'm having my fruits! Definitely a great mid morning snack!

This were good. But my son didn't eat them, since I guess they weren't that appealing looking to him. They had good flavor though, but needed an extra kick.

Extra Easy Hummus

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
This is the first time I try or make hummus. I added a bit of lemon juice, substituted half of the oil for sesame oil and half the cumin. It was really good! Also added some fresh cilantro to the mix. I will definitely be making this again! I loved it! And it's healthy too!

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
It's definitely amazing! It's the first time I make pizza dough and I'll be making this every weekend! It was so good! I divided the dough in 2, made one large thin crust (close to 16 in) and froze the other one. Topped it off with Easy Pizza Sauce III, cheese, lots and lots of veggies and turkey bacon. The only change was to add some dried basil and parsley to the dough. IT is so so good! My hubby was so impressed!

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
I made this bread today! It was so good and easy. I never thought I could actually make my own loaves of bread! I will definitely be making this every couple of weeks. I substituted sugar for the honey (that is what I had on hand) and took the tip from previous posters about turning on your oven for 1 minute, turning it off and then putting the dough to rise. It worked perfect! Thanks!

Tres Leches 'Three Milks'

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
From the different recipes of Tres Leches cake, this is the best! I followed the tips as to pour the milks when it came out of the oven and it had absorbed all the liquid perfectly! I used a different whipped frosting, but the cake was amazing! This will definitely be my Tres Leches cake recipe from now on! I love it! I also tried it with coconut cream instead of the regular milk called for and it was delicious! I topped it off with stabilized whipped cream, and fruit...hmmm !!! Delicioso! :D

In love! I made this recipe with the same quantities, the only change I made was using canola, I didn't want to go grocery shopping just for oil! This is so good! I can't believe how easy it was. No more microwave popcorn! It has just the right amount of salt and butter. Thank you for posting this. My hubby will love this!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
SO delicious and easy! I wanted a chocolate cake and had no mixes at home. I decided to give this a try and I think I wont be going back to box cakes. It was so moist and most of all easy to make! I was always afraid of scratch cakes, not anymore! I made it with the Chocolate Frosting I here on this site, delicious!! The only change I made was adding instant coffee to boiling water! Thanks, and who cares where it comes from, it is the best chocolate cake recipe!

Oriental Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
Love this sauce! I used with the Beefy Chinese Dumplings on this site. I made the sauce the night before I was to use it, and the flavor was a bit strong. I just added some lemon and it was fine. Next time I wont let it stay that long in the fridge. Love it!

Beefy Chinese Dumplings

These are amazing! I used ground turkey, added red cabbage and some minced green onion. I boiled them, then pan fry them a bit. I made the with the Oriental Dipping Sauce here. I could not stop eating these. I made like 1/2 of the recipe and used almost a whole pkg of wonton wrappers (12 oz). I will definitely be making these again!
