Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

Just made these!! I cut the salt to half and they were really good!!! For the rest of the batch I added vanilla but that is a personal preference. I love that its so easy to remember and do! Delish!

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Tilapia fish is a staple at home. But I am always looking for better ways to prepare it. This was so easY! And so delicious! It was buttery and just the right amount of spice. I am on a diet so I reduced the butter to 1 tbs, (when cold you can slice it very thinly, it was all that it needed!) and dried basil, no fresh available. Next time I am cutting the wine in half. Also I baked instead of grilled. DELICIOUS! Thank you! i'll be making this often!

Groovy Green Smoothie

I made this today, for 1 serving. I didn't have grapes so I used the whole apple, and used strawberry yogurt instead. (sorry, I don't mean to change recipe, but that is what I had on hand). I liked it! It was kind of weird looking, but good! I added ice cubes to make it more cold! Thanks!

Baked Sesame Chicken

I really like this chicken! It was quick and easy. I used chicken breast pieces, but I added more soy sauce, because it seemed it lacked liquid. It was tasty and great with rice and steamed veggies. I love the texture the sesame gives the chicken. My 3 year which is a picky eater ate his plate and loved it! THanks!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

This cookie is amazingly easy and good! I added like a pinch of salt and 1 tsp vanilla and used strawberry preserves. I couldn't believe how fast and easy they were to make. Not much clean up which I thought was great. I will definetily be making these often. They are my hubby's childhood favorites. ALso! I got exactly 36 cookies. If you make them 1 in, they should come out to 36!

These weren't the best tortillas but theyw ere good. They served their purpose. Maybe didn't execute the recipe as I should. They were a little tough. But I will definitely try again!
