Spaghetti Italian
Ummm HELLO...YUMMY! According to my family, it's the best spaghetti I've ever made! I didn't make any changes and let it simmer for a few hours to get the sauce nice and thick. Not to mention it's very quick and easy to make :)

Ham 'n' Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Best mashed potatoes I've ever made :) Instead of the heavy cream, I used 1/2 Cup skim milk. I used 1/2 cup cooked ham as that's all I had left, and 2% sharp shredded cheddar cheese...Still turned out wonderful!
