Frog Eye Salad
Brings back childhood memories! I used 3/4 c sugar & left out the coconut & marshmallows; plenty sweet. Also, plenty of sauce for whole box of pasta -- makes enough for a group. This does have a unique texture but it's yummy & fun!

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Excellent!! I used shrimp in place of chicken, sauteed w/ 1T minced garlic & 1/2t basil. Doubled the pasta & sauce. The whole family loved it!

Adrienne's Overnight Barbecued Beef Sandwiches
Delicious! Served this for my son's 13th birthday to family & friends. Grandma & Auntie asked for the recipe :) We froze some & did add a splash of bbq sauce to liven up the flavor before serving, a few weeks later. Thanks for a new family favorite!
