I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter, a busy schedule and baby number 2 due in May! I also love outdoors, animals, and dirtbiking/4 wheeling! I'm definitely not your average mom/ wife...LOL! I am a self proclaimed cooking addict and the queen of thrown together meals! I also have zoo of pets that include:Bailey...my horse cleverly disguised as a Chocolate Lab , Ava...my cat, and Freddy, Sparkle and Spot the fish! I love cooking fun and comforting foods! I also love to try new recipes and keep our menu diverse! In my large family cooking was a big deal! My Grandma Opal still can cook one heck of a meal and it's usually enough to feed a small army! My favorite cooking tradition has to be being a small child and watching grandma cook for the people tha helped grandpa on the farm, sunday family dnner and even feeding the local bear hunters...LOL. She is one heck of a woman and my hero!
