Almond Tea Cakes
Wow! These cakes are amazing. I've been looking for an almond cookie for a while with no luck. So glad that I decided to make these. One think I would do is double the filling, I would have liked more. I also filled some with apricot preserves, so yummy too!!!! Definitely try this one, you wont be disappointed!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
WOW! AMAZING! I've made this twice and both times they were a big hit! My husbands new favorite! I tripled the recipe and added 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.

Spinach Quiche
Wonderful! I made a few changes. I didn't use a pie crust. I just poured the mixture strait into a deep dish pie plate. I also used less egg. I didn't want it too eggy so I only 3 eggs instead of four. It still came out great!!! Would definitely make again!
