I learned how to cook as a rookie firefighter. Once I got the hang of chili and stews (typical firehouse cuisine) I started to venture out....NOW, I'm a SAHM of 2 (soon to be 3!) I cook every meal at home and my husband takes lunch to work. I'm always trying to find something new. I love to make different kinds of soups and chilis. My mother never really cooked for us, so I'm starting a tradition. The perfect cheesecake. Anything that requires a roux. I scald them everytime!
