Conchas (Mexican Sweet Bread)
I've been looking for a Conchas recipe for a while. I made this last night but was disappointed in the outcome of the bread. It was way too heavy. I was expecting a lighter bread like in the Mexican bakeries. However, the topping came out perfect. My kids loved the bread and disagree with my opinion. Also, next time I will reduce the cinnamon as another rater suggested. I also gave this recipe a low rating because, the topping instructions did not provide information on what to use to make the chocolate topping or other colors.

Buttery Corn Bread
This is the best cornbread I have EVER tasted. I made it for my company potluck and now people are asking for me to bring some more in. Thank you for sharing this with us. I have tried other recipes and none of them come even close to the taste of this one. My taste buds asked for an encore!!!

Pizza Dough III
Excellent! I read all of the negative reviews prior to making it. I figured out that most of those who gave negative reviews was because they either did not follow the directions or they did not use common sense when the dough was too gooey. Therefore, I don't think it was fair that they gave negative reviews over something they did wrong. The dough did come out gooey for initially however, I added flour as needed, when I was kneading the dough. Also, I baked it at 375 rather than 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Pizza is absolutely perfect!!!! Will make it again.
