Chocolate Sheet Cake II
My family loves this cake, it is their favorite. I've had this recipe for years but the one I have you add 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon to the cake batter and frosting. Gives it a great flavor. I also frost or glaze the cake when just removed from the oven, it makes it heavy and moist. Same recipe for the frosting as mentioned before. 1 box Powered sugar, 1 stick of margarine,6 Tablespoon milk, 4 Tablespoon Cocoa, 1 tsp.cinnamon and 1 tsp. vanilla Melt and mix well margarine, coco, milk and cinnamon in sauce pan, remove from heat once margarine is melted and add vanilla and powered sugar spread on cake while hot. One cup of chopped nuts may be added to frosting if desired.

Amazing Artichoke and Spinach Dip
I had been looking a long time for a good recipe for and Artichoke Dip and came upon this one and boy was I lucky. It is really good and easy to make. I made this to take to work and everyone loved it. Needless to say everyone wanted the recipe. I did make it twice the second time I omitted the Miracle Whip and used Cream Of Mushroom soup. Still tasted great. Will continue to use this recipe.

Brazilian Collards
Being raised in the south I grew up on Collards but as an adult I had never cooked them until this year. I made them for New Years Day and they were great. My husband never had Collards and he loved them. My 28 year old daughter said that these were her new favorite dish. Needless to say I will be using this recipe quite a bit
