My first truimph was my first sweet potato casserole. Since then, I've been more confident with my cooking and have gotten better ever since!
My cooking tragedies
I didn't think it was possible, but I've actually burned milk on the stove! It created a huge bubble with a brown coating on it. I will never make that mistake again!

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie
This recipe is a great alternative to the one on the back of the pumkin mix can. I did have to more than double the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to get any kind of taste, but it came out great in the end!

Glazed Meatloaf I
I was never really into meatloaf, but decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it came out great and my picky boyfriend loved it! The sweet and sour sauce was so easy to make and made this dish even better! I will definately make this again.

Sweet Potato Casserole II
This was my first attempt at baking such a dish for my latin family and everyone loved it!! This recipe had the perfect amounts of flavors with the added suggestion of adding the cinnamon, nutmeg and even topped it off with marshamallows. This was delicious and I will definately make this again!
