Simple Swiss Chard
I liked this, nice and easy. Didn't have any red balsamic on hand, so I used white, which may have been too sweet... still, I liked it

Balsamic Vinaigrette
Delicious. Simple, too. My only comment would be for those unfamiliar with dry mustard to sample this recipes with slightly different amounts. I ate this on a salad with red onion, parsley, and green beans.
