Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing
YUM!! I used all light ingredients and it was Fabulous! I added a dash of lemon juice to it as well. Great recipe! Thank you so much for sharing!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
This was okay. I must have done something wrong because it was not very flavorful. Will try again with some adjustments, maybe marinade as others have suggested.

Mango-licious Tilapia
I served this at a large family gathering. Even the children, who don't "like" fish ate it! Marinate the fish as another reviewer suggested for about an hour. Tastes great. The salsa is great with/without the fish. Thank you for the recipe!
